 Why have a wedding planner and what do we do for you..?

Planning a wedding is an enormous task for a bride and groom, these days everyone is very busy with work and lifestyle and we all need more convenience in our lives.  If you add the many stresses of wedding planning, for any couple, things get pretty hectic, the stress and worry can be a huge burden.  We can make you wedding a much less stressful event for you.  We offer the convenience of doing all the work for you, planning everything for you the way you want it so you can just turn up on the day. No matter where you are in the world, we can fully arrange and prepare you wedding without you needing to come to Caloundra at all, even your celebrant can organise everything without seeing you before your wedding.

When we receive your booking and deposit we do all paperwork, get your council permit, contact and arrange your celebrant, photographer, and DJ if required and pay all deposits on your behalf.  We book any accommodation if applicable and pay deposits.  We book any other necessary items or services you require and have them organised for the day, chairs etc. Prior to your wedding we make all follow up phone calls to confirm bookings and pay all accounts in full for you.  On the day we arrive at the ceremony venue approximately 2 hours prior to your wedding to reserve and tidy the area.  We set up all equipment supplied in the package and any other hired equipment.  No less than an hour after the ceremony, or when appropriate we pack away and take down all equiptment and leave the area tidy. All costs for what we do are included in the wedding package prices, there are no hidden fees.

 Please Note-
We require 12 weeks notice for a wedding, and services are subject to availability.  Full payment is due 6 weeks prior to the wedding. $400 deposit is required for every package, this deposit covers council permit fee and celebrant booking fee which are non refundable in case of cancellation, but can be transferred.  Packages include GST and there are no hidden costs.  All fees paid are non refundable if cancellation is less than 6 weeks prior to the wedding. Package prices may vary at peak times e.g Easter, Christmas, due to accommodation rates, this will only affect the prices slightly.
